With some solution allowing to add chars to tents, bases become obsolete in terms of functionality..
In 2238 bases had at least still one advantage over tents, a workbench, but here it would just be a very expensive tent, that looks a bit cooler maybe.

This is what I think also + tents can be closer to town which would make tents even better in the end.

actually that is not true, I had workbench in every tent on 2238. and people built bases nevertheless.
same thing would be in fonline2.

Just curious, is there any plan to implement campfire in tents in the future? not being able to add people in tents is pretty annoying.
adding terminal inside tent is retarded imho.

gecko encounters are frequent enough. there's no need to increase them. i don't want to have almost every enc with geckos, it would be annoying.
But maybe it could be arranged for tough geckos to drop 2 skins or have a chance to drop 2 skins. because of their thicker and harder skin.
And what about implementing a wolf or dog pelts? we get new item for crafting that could be used to craft low tier stuff.

as CC characters have speed advantage in rt maybe it would be good to give them some advantage in tb also. although cc characters suck balls in tb, there's always chance to be forced in tb and got killed. I was thinking something like bonus move in original fallout.
in that case, it would be necessary to prevent abusing that with no cc characters. maybe something like hejmr said. if you have skill in firearms, you get nothing.
just a thought.
