No. Bomb - Toxic map - Necro card spawn is triggered on npc death.

i dont want slaughter kids... could u remove them from item drop? i know its not important thing, but maybe peasant and non agressive npc should be spared :)

NPCs are a Schrodinger cat, as long as you won't kill them they are not the part of drop chance. So just avoid the kids if that makes you trouble. Or hunt real bandits.

Plasma Gatling is tier 4 and is exclusive to only appear in Mariposa's boss pockets.

No idea about what lockers in non-guarded towns you talking, but staying in pve topic would be nice to see buff of loot in caves (these regular in encounters).

No idea about what lockers in non-guarded towns you talking, but staying in pve topic would be nice to see buff of loot in caves (these regular in encounters).

i talking about - add chance to spawn loot in towns in houses lockers(resourses,misc and microscopic chance to good items)

buff in caves good idea with buff npc in caves

Like Lucek said it should be possible. Weapon sounds should be somewhere in fallout.dat. You can use datexplorer to open and extract files from it (Link from Fallout-Files.de).

You'd need to know the correct file name (like CARSTART.ACM for sound when using a car for example) and name your own created file the same. Replacement happens as usual by just placing this file in data\sounds\SFX folder. Finding the correct one(s) and converting your own sound to acm however is another story but I guess there are some tools out there to do that.

For converting acm to wav you can use acm2wav. (Link from TeamBG.com).
