Discord problem

Hello,

I would like to kindly ask for help.
I have entered discord, which was highly poluted at that moment.
I have explored whether moderation is in place, then sent message on 3 moderators:
- Winston
- Boon
- Zmeya
( Sorry for pronounciation error )
( I have screenshot of what happened but cannot upload attachments, since "Folder is full" error )
Shortly after I have received few messages from one of them:
Me: Hi
Boon: Hi
Me: Are you moderator on this place?
Boon:Fuck off scat
Me: ?

After this shameful response I got instantly disconnected.

I would like to kindly ask you what I did wrong, and wheter this is standard approach or not?
