The first floor of the vault works fine, but the prisoners on 2nd still block looting of lockers.
Couldn't reproduce this really. After you killed all guards and all the follower you should be able to open lockers. Prisoners shouldn't be connected in any way to all of this.
Did it twice yesterday and same - prisoners no need to be killed anymore
can devs just delete all npc in cathedral which are not mutants or quest-related?... its so fking buggy and delaying for no reason
I noticed, that followers sometimes delay combat for some reason. Needs some more in-dept look into the AI here.
problem is in all unarmed/cc npcs when not see enemy or have too far to go and hit at least once, it happens mostly with sharpened spear npcs while farming, they keep whole turn, not only in cathedral
As author is here may I ask for more fair randomize of weapons on level 3? It is huge difference to fight 1 gatling coming from room and 2 gatlings + avenger on spawn, I don't ask to be easier, also random is better than hardcode, but same quest can be very hard with same or worse reward.

I had mentats by accident on my female char and extra dialog option was suprising
