Faction bases Disconnect&Connect bug

If you will disconnect base from any faction and you will want connect it into another  one you cant do that   it is bugged

But you can invite into that base  anyone  promote him and made than connection into faction database

Now it started working normaly   other way you can use options which i was type guys
