CATHEDRAL BUG

We were doing cathedral, killing all NPCs in lvl 1, but the NPC that is supposed to drop the key was marked as Follower, and was unlootable, so we could not complete the run.

First time I see this bug,

Either you killed him behind an object or there's another corpse on top of him.

Ask somebody for spoiler to the quest. You will avoid those problems and get reward caps.
