Current unpredictable situations what can be seen as daily routine in capitol when changes in military structure remotely controled through puppet goverment one day magnify second execute their soldiers, replacing officers in secret forced me made decision to send request of transfer to independent NCR Ranger department.
All what Tracy warned about is now sneaking our streets.
I can see new direction of republic contrary to what we had been building.
Secret agreement replaced public dialoque, questions are not welcomed or barely answered, no decission published.
I had joined NCRA to help and protect republic as well as its citizens from both enemies visible and hidden under my supervisor exiled head of administrative what I can´t do with clear conscience from now on in this department.
