So what's everyone making, so far everything seems to be terrible. Max ap/hp 14 ap bg tank with m60 got raped by 3 raiders, wasn't impressed. Max sneak hth char got spotted by rats at 14 hex, I'm guessing sneak just doesn't work now? Only big change from 2238 seems that tanks are squishier and hth is even more useless.

I have bad news for you: My sniper killed 5 raiders by bursts   ;)
You can try to find mistake in your character build: all in equal condition...

Using burst crits is not a sniper

He meant that his sniper build could tank those raiders and deal with them.

Maybe if those raiders are holding spears. I got hit by a raider burst for 110 damage in camk2 with 2x toughness and it wasn't even a crit. 10 end 10 luck.

Very good changes.  New To Hit penalty is more player friendly - easy leveling without buffout and weapon handling/gain strength, reduced leveling time (no more 300% BG builds). Also I like achievements system (Awareness and Pyromaniac). Achievements are for normal player, and "hard" to obtain by alts.

i love rocket launcher it's easy and cheap to craft and most important fun to play
it would be nice to have % chance to KO enemy with it, or some perks making it more deadly.
Unfortunetly its very popular suport wepon on TC so propably wouldn't be buffed.

I can still see 200 damage from distance on non-psycho characters, so I'm not sure what you're complaining about.
Maybe centaurs got higher DR, but 1hex avenger burst didn't kill him.

omg. you must have amazingly shity build and/or use wrong ammo
centaurs have (260-310hp)
test before one minut ago : AV attack range 150dmg, on one hex 450+ dmg

@ quick balance things that I think are bit off - grid

P90c - dmg ratio for AP cost is overpowered (along with flat dmg enchant craft system it's ridicilous design - balance issues inc.). Range is low but even so it deals the same damage as avenger and cost 2ap less, that makes no sense and will force swarming tactics. -10% ~ 15% dmg nerf on this is minimum imho.

Rocket Launcher splash "pulling" target on hit - I know It's skill shot but still 1 pull is autokill in TC or any group fight. Bazz got it's edge in splash damage I don't think that another CC bonus on this one is going to be good balance - wise addition. I remember way smaller buff on other server completly overturned TC fights and everyone was running with Bazz so I'm just saying.

New STR changes may seems nice, I'd prefer adding passive stuff to STR like 1% resist per point in STR or passive knockdown resist per point in STR to make this stat competitive. Cripple is nice mechanic but in practic it's just massive annoyance if you get injured everytime you get hit.
