I really wonder what will happen now with this weapon penalty. STR might become dumpster stat and arms might become the new eyes for aiming. Hard to say. For chars that don't often get hit, mainly snipers and sneaks low STR is very good choice.

For pyroman you must burn many ppl

This is very good choice of direction.

How much people? I dont want to PvP with my Burner i want to PvE with him more. Can i gain that perk in non PvP way?

I must say I am quite excited about this changes, looks very promising. In test server crippler was very powerfull and usually beat bg builds, but no one used those much. Now we gonna see more crippler playing and this is gonna change change teams tactics and compositions.

223 pistol change also looks good, now we gonna have more pistoleer characters maybe.

I have not possibility to test these things now, but for mutant trait I have suggestion. If mutant is that much weaker now, maybe 1 extra perk for mutant character will balance things out?

For sniper rifle, it needed that + crittroll  bonus.

How does "Medic Class" is gonna work now if they can only heal 150hp in battle. Maybe add Medic implant to give extra 100hp when use first aid? PvP characters are more likely taking defence implant and snipers/cripplers gonna take marksman. So Medic implant for Medics?

To be Honest quite a many of those implants are not that good, but its ok when they can be temporary installed.

For "Flamer Class", what perks do I take instead of that pyromaniac? 2more crit maybe.

muties should start with +100 hp or something, and be able to select one extra trait to balance against using a trait up to become mutie

I think bonus hp (1) per level, ability to wear combat and better armors (now disabled  :'() + having two traits beside 'mutant' would make them playable now. They would still be worse due to movement speed, but not useless as they are now.

Other thing is, in TB they would be better than humans (now they are only until combat armour is available). Maybe make them move slower in TB too (2ap per hex). After that, they could be buffed in many areas to compensate for lack of speed, without risking making them universal TB farmer alts.

Have you even tested it? I just made 44% chance crippler and made over 100 shoots in SF. The percentage of crippling (.223 pistol) is under 10% and not all shoots were fired against Anticrit characters. Cripplers are a no no for sure, if you play vs Doctor character, there is almost no chance to win. Snipers are uselles, only good one shoot build is the plasma rifle one.

HTH is even more uselles than last era due to all stonewall builds.

80% of the people are using P90 tank and there is a obvious reason for that, it will take the place of last era avenger build.

I also completely don't get the reason for removing -to hit penalty- for strength and one hander. Yeah, the new penalties are painful allright against any combat with cripplers, but in some cases it isn't - so you can easily make 1str alt for some purposes, in which it will be much better than any other char. Not much, but  I feel some players will learn to abuse it - they always abuse when given the chance, so why give the chance?

Another risk - if there will not be many aimshots (weak snipers - no snipers), then 1str builds will be better than ever:
About drop/cripple/avoid chance:
It works only when someone crit you in arms and not connected anyhow to crit talbe, per STR bonus/penalty is 5% (...) affects only crits to hands.
I can understand it wrong, but if I do not - then that's the STR penalty doesn't do much. (!)
