I must say I am quite excited about this changes, looks very promising. In test server crippler was very powerfull and usually beat bg builds, but no one used those much. Now we gonna see more crippler playing and this is gonna change change teams tactics and compositions.
223 pistol change also looks good, now we gonna have more pistoleer characters maybe.
I have not possibility to test these things now, but for mutant trait I have suggestion. If mutant is that much weaker now, maybe 1 extra perk for mutant character will balance things out?
For sniper rifle, it needed that + crittroll bonus.
How does "Medic Class" is gonna work now if they can only heal 150hp in battle. Maybe add Medic implant to give extra 100hp when use first aid? PvP characters are more likely taking defence implant and snipers/cripplers gonna take marksman. So Medic implant for Medics?
To be Honest quite a many of those implants are not that good, but its ok when they can be temporary installed.
For "Flamer Class", what perks do I take instead of that pyromaniac? 2more crit maybe.
