And it even shows that Psycho could maybe be banned from wasteland or at least be less effective/super rare

It doesn't matter, devs are researching new stuff each... some time. But actually, I'm not sure if it is working right if people can get CA Mk2... I would understand one tier higher stuff than currently avaliable like normal minigun, fn fal or stuff like that, but t3? Come on...

Yes research are not full automated yet, so we need to do sometimes things manually. But if you trying to tell that nothing depends from players - it is not true.

Player actually can get t3 item only from special encounters.
In dungeons and etc they only can get stuff which a little better than unlocked now.
