u had Tommy before BG had mini and Tommy was stronger than m60, so why is it not fair?...

Obviously because not enough ppl have found AR blueprints.

i think it dont work like... some player found bp then we unlcock this stuff..i thik it work we unlock this stuff and after we can find this bp...because i found per day about 25-30 bp meaby more and every time when they unlock new stuff i found this day bp for this things.... metal .. minigun and after....meaby i wrong but it is strange

It is because unlocked things have much higher drop rate.
