Its not bug, your car did appear but it got stolen by sneaker which lockpicked it right after buying.

RNG stands for Random Number Generator (randomness)

When server crashes it rolls back to last save which is usually just few minutes, not more. If you lost something very valuable you can try your luck by messaging one of devs but i wouldnt waste time messaging them about common loot.

I saw that I cannot sell my items to most of the traders, they just don-t take barter items. This is very bad and it would very fine if I could sell all items to each vendor in game, maybe for lover price but to have the ability to barter. It will make game more attractive for begginers.
normal merchants do buy all items already
you were probably trying to sell to shopkeepers which are owned by players - those accept only caps

I saw such a feature in Fonline Reloaded - were in towns in all boxes and containers are respawning diferent low tier items. This is very good for beginers.
this is already implemented but its only few containers with few items

- Town Lockers:
- Town lockers (NOT Town Control locker) now spawn various T1-T2 weaponry.

it would be very COOl if to ADD in this server game new FIGHTING CARAVANS encounters like it was in TLA MK2. I mean caravans that fight with each other an you wait until one of them win and loot the caravan that lose. In Tla MK2 were non hostile to player caravans that most of time Win and you could loot. I remember nonhostile to player fighting caravans from near of Vault City. There also were caravans near New Reno, Modoc, San Fran, Gekko, and more fighting with Bandits and maraudeurs - and you could wait until caravan win and loot on bandits. Also Caravans fighting with gekkos, and other creatures. This would be very cool feature for new players and for those who like PVE more. Loot taken from this type of encounters - must be medium and high tier items.

these type of "vs" encounters where you can loot for free was purposely removed years ago.. free loot is bad idea

"VS" encounter not finally adjusted yet, but there will be no vs encounters with good "free" loot/exp in future.

3. I heard yes, but after playing 6years I have not same encounter multiple time on same char. If you make new char you can get it again for sure.

The special encounters are not one-time. You will be able to encounter them again, random is god and if it rolls your way, you'll end up with a Special encounter. So there is no reason to limit new players from it, as they can stumble upon it on higher levels anyway.

but i play a lot as well and never found same SE more than once on same char too so i believe there is something wrong with that

video showing another way to do it.. hacking + using alt to aggro sniper on him
this way you need to kill only dogs and safely hex sniper.. no fighting inside required, its literally free loot
with free rerolls this is decent way to farm now
if we compare it to toxic caves this drops more t3, takes similar amount of time, doesnt cost map and both have chance for implant so its a bit better
you can cycle between two 26 level books so you dont have to wait 3 minutes for reroll, entire cycle quest+reroll usually took me around 11 min
problem is that you can only register 1 char every 15 min so you can do it only 4 times per hour unless you pre-register characters before already

Throwing Knife:
- Critical chance added +5.
i dont think throwing knifes cripplers should have place in t3/t4 fights, throwing knifes is t1 weapon which doesnt cost almost anything

- The single-shot range increased from 50 to 55.
this might be a bit too much, especially combined with upgrading T4 for caps now
most of snipers now have 55 FoV (some have 58), that means Bozar sniper with +range upgrade can shoot them before they can even see him
52 or 53 hexes would be enough i believe, maybe with some other bonus instead but lets see first how it will look in PvP
Bozar also recieved Long Range weapon perk which is not mentioned in changelog
edit : nvm.. i see it already got changed to 54

Look at fonline reloaded, there is much to do and its fills your game time. Super mutant dungeons, bosses.
and under 10 players online which proves that its about quality and not quantity of content
there are plenty of activities to do already, not only dungeons.. base control, sierra caves, encounters, events, town control, red dots, caravans, simulation.. just need to open eyes and look around

Currently using nuka cola adds 1 bottle cap into your inventory. I know its only a small quality of life thing but i find this very unnecessary and annoying to have to get rid of this bottle cap every time. This bottle cap doesnt serve any purpose.
Many players also drop this bottle cap on floor which creates a lot of item stacks and those cost memory of game therefore i suggest removing this.
I know its realistic that after opening you have a bottle cap left but this is just a game. I feel like this is just another one of those leftovers from past.. There is a reason why we dont use tools to repair cars or lighter to light a cigarette anymore.

Keep in mind that aim shots are in general very RNG based so it might give you feel that its overpowered if attacker gets few lucky crits in a row but on average its not that strong. There is a reason why as Adams said there are much more avenger users than plasma rifle.

I use motobikes to block spawns too but it would be nice if there would be some other cheaper and easier way to do it.
