General Discussion / New TC System - community input

We would like to hear community voice on the subject of new TC system.
There are no limits, thinking outside of the box is valued.
Current system has many flaws - biggest are:

- Factions using TC only as some quick battlegorund, just an excuse/ a tool for making fight happend
- There is no real weight behind winning or loosing except obvious pleasure of killing opponents + loot from the bodies
- North cities are empty and dead because of TC
- Factions do not associate themselves anyhow with the city, holding it has no real value (and no adding more loot isint the asnwer)
- "world" isnt involved in TC situation
- TC is repetive and can become boring
- Once huge swarm appear on some side others tends to just fade away until the swarm colapse under its own weight - then the cyckle begins again
- Battles are rather short and festival of waiting is real
- TC has no impact on the world
- Beside short window of actual fight, faction is not connected/involved anyhow with the city prosperity


Main goals of new TC system:
How to make TC connected actions/situation being always in the center of the interest of the factions so they have goals and competetive ground all the time ?
How to make TC more interesting?
How to make TC instead of hurting the gameplay of the newbies - make it accessable for em in some way?
How to make TC not breaking the balance of the server economy (giving simply more loot isint the answer) but very important to factions at the same time?

Only full well written concepts would be taken into account - winner of best concept - which would help us out with our new character system implementation - will be rewarded with APA mk2.

FOnline2 discord rules:

- don't spam/flood the channels text/voice wise

FEATURES:
  • Added sheduler for big events, new events inc soon(R)
  • Added one more map for hunger games.
  • Added Event tokens. Daily events will award tokens depending on event rules. You can use them for experience boost or spend them for prizes. (For now only cliffton holo for 25 tokens.) Use them to open store.


CHANGES:
  • Boosted chances for rare stuff in SAD2 level boxes behind laser (including General Clifton's Holodisk and implants).
  • Further translation to russian and portuguese [big thx again for his work to Бразильскии].
  • Removed ability to decraft items in dungeon locations.
  • Removed ability to give weapons to NCR guards, NCR guards are nonlootable, NCR members can pay fixed caps ammount per each week to buy/sustain certain level of tech weaponry which guards will use [including possibilty to buy T4 weapons for guards for 200k caps per week], NCR bank defense event  added in automated shedule - each second week.
