Suggestions / Kill animations.

Wakizashi and ripper = laser kill animation (cuts in half)
Super sledge = explosives kill animation (body explodes).

Change rather cosmetic but it fits better in my opinion. Feel free to state yours.

Welcome everybody.

Today I would like to show you my suggestion about reworking Sierra Control Feature.
 I just took some feedback from some players about loot from cars.
Everyone agreed that loot is not equal to time which you need to spend to gather those prizes.
Sierra control is an useful feature to stop big groups from hunting weaker teams or loners in places like Necropolis or Vault 15.
So its overally better for community to let those bigger groups stay in places like northern cities(TC) or sierra control at least in that session.

I am also fully aware that that place was used to farm t4 items in session 2. So making small changes will be betther than rushing some crazy ideas.



Thing is about loot from cars. It could be spread in 3 categories: supplies, regular stuff and rares.

Supplies:
-caps
-crafting materials
-drugs
-ammo

Regular stuff:
-t3 recipes
-t3 items
-c4, mines, stealthboys,
-other items which i dont remember

Rares:
-clifton holotape
-implants
-t4 recipes
-t4 weapons

Regular stuff needs to be notably buffed, beacuse now if there is team of 7-8 people, they usually have chances to make 4-9 cars with such squad
(depend on skills and gear which they re using) and after 1-2 hours they just leave sierra with broken armors, used more ammo than got and got nothing good in exchange.

About rares spawn rate, I dont have much info, cuz my team never found anything useful, so we have no info about statistics. Maybe other teams know more, feel free to post it.
It would be nice if after doing 2 hours of control team could have guaranteed some t4 part or even t4 weapon. So slight buff will be appreciated.

 If there is no pvp then there is no any activity for team with 10 or more members.

Just saw this post
Silent running removing burst feature from weapons. The hell is the problem with that? lol
and i would like to discuss it some more.
Personally i think this would be good for balance because sneakers could be still using single shot weapons like sniper rifles etc. while not being able to kill anyone with few bursts from behind when battle starts.
Still if anyone wants to deal massive dmg while being hidden he could only without silent running. What do yall think?

Suggestions / New close combat attack mode

Add another attack type with some bonus and maybe more ap cost which would work only at 1 hex distance,from more than one hex it would only waste action points without even initiating the combat.
The attack bonus could be more dmg auto crit more crit roll or whatever else.

This could bring some skills manner into melee fighting.

General Discussion / Ban length

So i saw the alcatraz topic and i thought that maybe a one day penalty isnt penaltious enough for hardcore notorious cheaters,i mean its not like they didnt know what they were doing and shit and it makes us righteous players feel bad about the law enforcement,so pretty please reconsider the ban duration time misters.

Make tier 4 armors and weapons craftable (maybe with exception of APA/PA) so theyd be accessible for everyone and therefore properly tested in the terms of PVP balance.

Since enclave patrols have almost the same loot as muties there is no reason to farm them so i was thinking maybe adding a small chance to obtain some rare items from them could encourage players to farm there.

To make lsw usefull it could burst in straight line same as bozar/pancor does,also adding possibility to shoot aimed single shots at 45-47 hexes could bring more options into pvp fights.

If you got knocked down while youre surounded by NPCs they will become invisible and due to not being able to move you become stuck while being attacked by invisible npcs.

If you try to hit moving target it will just take your action points and the target doesnt recieve any damage which means melee is almost unplayable i dont know about unarmed doe.
