Is there any up to date Hit Chance Calculator? The best would be online version.

There is none that is (100%) accurate, but there is one that is almost accurate. I can send it to you later or ask Zmeja in discord, I think he had newest version of it. Use it and then test in game before adding final skill points to get optimal values.

Pancor is quite weak, that's why it is not implemented to crafting. It would be too op if acted as T3 CAWS.
Current Pancor is worse than current CAWs

Made lot of calculations for suggested Pancor and made table to show "*Damage compared to caws see dmg tables below.", but right now I dont remember did I ever add that table here, probably not and no idea where is it.

Sorry but admins constantly deleting tents. And I cannot have more on character because now it's bugged.

Right now it is very littte use in RT fights.
To extend it working time to 5minutes would give it some value/use possibilities for RealTime fights.
And add limit that only 1 cookie can be active a time.

I tried to understand this sentence, but can't.
You say that the bug is fixed. Then you say you can reproduce it, thus contradicting yourself.
Or if you can reproduce it only few times, then it can be considered as fixed?

It got much better, so partically fixed.
Before update got it many times each time I played. Now I rarely get it.

For me this update fix this invisible critter bug 100%.
"surprisingly, the location has moved" bug also got fixed, only managed to reproduce it few times after this update.

We tried to find out why this happen in Zmeja´s client and even test it with d3d and openGL and it still happen for him using both clients.

Bugs / not lockpickable lock text broken

In past there was update that all the lock that are not lockpickable had mgs: "this lock cannot be picked" or similar. It seems this feature got broken.

FIXES:
  • Fixed message when trying to lockpick not lockpickable car.

Now I seen that there was old text "failed to pick the lock". I got this text in broken car red dots encounter. Probably other non lockpickable locks also had wrong mgs.

I would changed it this way:
Doctor bag/First aid kit in hand the cost of use FA/DOC in tb would be cost = Round down (Max APs/2)
And first aid max would be 150 instead of max skill because you are in combat.
Without doctor bag/first aid kit it would take all APs to heal/doc.

So actual cost would be:
Char max AP divided by 2
