I like search a build than i will keep.
A player can own a lvl99, 2lvl 99? It's a little crazy. 3? Really? How many people can do that?
Because for your pvp you want a lvl99 (or not, it's your business), but there are very very low people who can own multiple lvl99. If you are dead, and you spawn your alts, it will be weakers alts. So, It prevent alting.

If it's not the case after wipe, i will maybe lose one of my motivations to play this game : reach a good level. But, whatever, i will not do cheeze for that.

Yes, good point. The only problem is that hp grows too fast...
is it really fast?
1.5 hp/lvl... It`s almost nothing.

1.5hp per level, for a level 99 hard cap is a big thing.

You can also be a crafter and a fighter at the same time without bonus HP.

I think you don't understand words "hp grows too fast". As I wrote before the problem is fixed hp per lvl ratio. This couse big difference beetween 30lvl and 50lvl characters. System should be changed, and hp per lvl ratio should be decreased for higher lvl's, for example:
 - first 10 lvls after cap: + 32 hp (3,2 hp per lvl)
 - next 10 lvls after cap: + 16 hp
 - next 10 lvls after cap: + 8 hp
 - next 10 lvls after cap: + 4 hp
 - next 10 lvls after cap: + 2 hp
 - next 10 lvls after cap: + 1 hp
 - next 10 lvls after cap: + 0,5 hp

So you gain only ~16 hp during last 50 lvls, and it is not a big difference.

The problem is, that you see level on linear scale, while the XP required for each level makes them hardly linear. Making another dimishable effect on top of XP required to level (and thus the speed of leveling) make little sense.

 - it's easier to level if you have more hp
 - difference (hitpoints) between 40lvl and 80lvl characters is too big

It makes sense because:
 - it's easier to level if you have more hp
 - difference (hitpoints) between 40lvl and 80lvl characters is too big
something like 60 hp. 1 a little bit more lucky critical will destroy difference.
