PROFESSIONS

The "Gunsmith" and "Armorer" professions require the repair skill: 60% = 1st level; 100%=2nd level; 130%= 3rd level.
The "Energy Weapons" and "Chemist" professions require the science skill: 60% = 1st level; 100% = 2nd level; 130% = 3rd level

(but I'm not 100% sure if the 1st levels require 60% or 70%... so, yeah... bummer)

Gunsmith:
1st lvl: Hub > Downtown > Edward (building north from Crimson Caravan office)
requires: 2000$, 1 high grade steel (you can buy it from Gun Runners (guarded) for 1500$ or in Redding in Kokoweef offices (north side of the town) from a black man in the red shirt (unguarded) for 1000$)

2nd lvl: Broken Hills > Neil (west side; first building on the right; unguarded)
requires: 4000$

3rd lvl: New Reno > The Insane Grandpa (New Reno Arms basement; unguarded)
requires: 6000$, 1 XL70E3 rifle (costs around 5250$; you can buy it in Vault City courtyard)


Armorer:
1st lvl: Junktown > Jim (building at the top center of JT)
requires: 2000$, 1 leather jacket, 1 Cat's Paw, 6 beers

2nd lvl: Modoc > Lee Balton (the gecko skin trader; unguarded)
requires > 4000$, 1 combat armor, 4 kevlar polymers (you can buy it in Gecko (unguarded) from Skeeter for 500$, and in NCR in Ranger's building > garage (guarded) for 750$)

3rd lvl: San Francisco > merchant with the long hair behind the fence (tanker (unguarded); just go straight forward when you enter)
requires: 6000$


Chemist:
1st lvl: Vault City > doctor (courtyard clinic)
required: 2000$, 12 minerals, 10 chemical components (you can get chem. comp. from Hub clinic (guarded) for 300$ or from Dr. Fung in San Francisco (unguarded) for 200$)

2nd lvl: San Francisco > Dr. Fung (same clinic as in F2 (unguarded); on the right bottom side of the fight pit)
requires: 4000$, 1 super stimpack, 1 RadAway, 1 RadX (if you can't buy these from any of the traders, try these "Sell" threads by:

(They're both reliable traders and the transaction will always be made in a safe area)

3rd lvl: New Reno > Renesco (New Reno west side (unguarded), top right building)
requires: 6000$, 1 psycho, 1 buffout, 1 jet (same as before, try the "Sell" threads if you can't buy them from NPC traders)


Energy:
1st lvl: Boneyard > the chick in the library (Blade's area; central building)
requires: 2000$, 12 electronic parts, 1 laser pistol , 1 energy transformator (can be bought in SF for 1000$; Hubologist building; from doc in the bottom right room or as @LagMaster has added above, from Valerie in Vault City (guarded) for 1500$).

2nd lvl: Redding > Kokoweef office (Lucas; unguarded)
requires: 1 laser rifle, 2 energy transformator, 12 chemical components, 4000$

3rd lvl: San Francisco > Hubologist area; unguarded (Alberto Unpiedra; the doc in the eastern most room; the one that used to upgrade your PA to hardened PA in F1; next to the computers)
requires: 1 laser rifle, 6000$

Agreed, since the wiki is still not completed.

It would be very helpful to know, wich materials are needed to craft, and how many experience points are given per certain item.

I'm working on experience points (Will be a bit long I think because it's really slow to midify a topic will collecting the informations on the game  :P )

ATM, it's not possible to take Energy Professions, as there is no Hubologist trader in SF, from which you can buy a Energy Transfomator and you cannot enter VC to buy it from Valerie, either. (No citizenship or day pass available)

Lvl 1 Weaponsmith does not require 12 Gunpowders just 2k caps and High Grade Steel. Just got weaponsmith prof so I'm sure about that.
