Nah, was no bug. Just forgot how it was supposed to work.

Evader and HTH Evade affect only initial calculation, if hit or not.
So for bursts it wont affect bullet hit num/dmg, it only affect if all burst will hit tagret or all missed.

then its a "weak trait" sadly because "normal" hit chance instantly reflects in less damage and evader doesnt wtf :-\
if you have low skill for example one hex avenger burst 95% hitchance = 250 dmg... 85% = 220 but always LESS

It just work like all or nothing.
With both perk ant trait enemy will miss at least each 4th shot.

Come and kill me single shot ;) it could not affect endurance but still good trait. It just require pair with perk. Same as fast metabolism shows potential with implant. Not for first line position but very helpful in support. And just personal fun getting missed by flamer. Covered in flame animation. Unhurt

Thanks for explanation, wiki description says about % lowerage, but hidden, ingame match what you wrote.

Naw thats kinda sad but oh well, thx for the info anyway =)

would you guys ever consider changing it to each bullet has a 10% chance to miss in a burst to make the perk viable to use?

It would be nice :) but still it is good designed.
Runnin with supersledge psycho and nades makes problem to single shots twice far as you see. Burster will try to hex or closehex because of friendlyfire and avenger powah, when it comes to close evading is not needed.

Big +1 ofcourse, burst mechanic can be better ;)

If I can last question Skycast - there were posts that very close singles are also not evaded, true?

Nope, it always first so evade work for all attacks except hex explosions

thats really sad and unbalanced ,because most people use hex shooting nades and rockets but its good to know nevertheless.
All i can contribute right now is to say that the trait-perk combination isnt "as effective"(it takes more than it gives because you need armor class aswell, so its like 2-3 perks just for evasion purposes) as other defensive abilities.
As a side note melee isnt really good for pvp and.. also nades arent a primary offensive character either, but more of a support role

if this is right then attacker should have 20% chance to miss whole burst when i have evader and hth evade
but i did 65 bursts, only 5 was critmiss
thats 7,65%, ofc 65 bursts is not enough to provide accurate information but its too far from 20%

I did tests and all correct, end chance to hit is 75 with both perk and trait. Hope you testing with 200 cc skill?

If anyone wish to test on my Suzie X - it works perfectly, she is unkillable by single shots with enviromental implant regeneration - I can just stand

single shot yes, we talk about burst, maybe just bad luck, can try more later

Still doesn't seem to work with bursts.
Wasteland is still harsh.
Plasma Rifle is overpowered.
H&K CAWS is overpowered.
