Quetions, dear, I asked you quetions. Haven't you done Melsak's quest? Anywho, arbitrary does not mean "unnecessary, superfluous, or lacking clarity," and it doesn't always carry a negative connotation.

Guys. They don't need only to signal them, they need someone to fix that dialogue, and replace the wrong one within the game.
PS it is not that easy

I would like to also offer my services for this.  The dialog in game along with the Wiki are full of things that make it somewhat difficult to read.  Simply adjusting it slightly would help a lot.  Also it would help fix certain 'bugs' one being Kenny sends you to find his missing Caravan explaining it is somewhere East of the Hub. When in fact it is always West, and referenced in the wiki Guide as such.

We're not asking to change the flavor of the text just simply clean it up.

Really interesting thread. I believe some cleaning up is in order, but very careful and only in places where real grammtick misteyks are.

As for implementing new texts - there would be a lot of work, not on creating, but on choosing the ones matching the original Fallout sense'o humor.

The hardest part is distributing this unique component to all EN/PL/RUS versions.

I, as a carrier of all three+ languages, and patent pending for a sense of humor, would gladly apply. If only I knew how such work is done (almost typed 'dun' here).

It shouldn't be. It's actually quite funny and IMO intentional.
I'm not sure about that. Not every east european guy has the language skills down, like you do.

I've seen the dialogue in game and it is definitely intentional, that is classic fallout spirit right there
