Right now Molotov Cocktails need 4 APs to use, they are rather weak and ppl are using them only on Hunger Games Sierra Caves edition. Normal grenades need only 3 APs to use, same with plasma grenades. My suggestion is to change APs for using Molotov cocktails from 4 to 3. They are not doing a lot of dmg, don't knockback as often as normal grenades, so why they have 4 APs rather than 3?

I don't know.

To use molotov you need to set it on fire, so you need to take out lighter and so on. That's why it cost 4 AP.

Please do not take away bread from role players xd

So without lighter in inventory they should do same damage as rocks or even less.  :-\
