Critical table leg shots and new crit effect Slowdown

Currently leg shots are not very used. Suggesting new feature effect "Slowdown"

Slowdown
-Decrease character movement speed by 30%
-Duration is 3seconds
-Effect not stack, but it will restart every time character get new Slowdown effect

Small change for critroll table legs:


Tactical point of using leg shots:
-Catching up runners
-Without speed implant slowed down cc runner is just a bit slower than regular character
-Can be utilized in range fights, first initiated push to lock down 1 enemy for not stay in formation/not be able to get back 10hexes with rest of the team.
-Aim shot build vs burster hexer would have new way to deal with burster other than crippling arm. So they could keep burster slowed down/leg cripled to avoid getting hexed.

thats ok only considering RT, but TB should be left as it is.


Anyway I really doubt that this table is actual as it was presented many years ago. Devs?

doesn't make much sense, but it might be only me. so lets assume slowdown would take knockdowns place in the crit table for leg shots:

30% slower which is quite a slowdown
duration is 3 seconds

why is it any better than being knocked down (which takes about 2 seconds presumably) and losing 3 ap?

If you want to cause knockdown you shoot head. This Leg shot might not be better.
Knockdown effect depend if target has unused APs or no. If target has APs he get up instant and suffer only animation time and lost of 3APs. If target has 0 APs then he stay on ground eating dirt to gain 3APs which takes time. Slowdown would work no matter if target has 0 or full APs. But question is it better or will it be even used, then I gotta say I have no clue because no testing this sort has been made, but it open new oportunities.
