Crit-sniping rocket launcher build

Hi there. I'm new here and I really need your help. I plan to make a crit-sniping rocket launcher build with perks in such order:
3rd lvl: earlier sequence
6th lvl: more critical
9th lvl: weapon handling
12th lvl: dodge
15th lvl: better criticals
18th lvl: more critical
21th lvl: better inteligence
24th lvl: bonus rate of fire
 The S.P.E.C.I.A.L. is 3, 10, 4, 1, 4(6), 10, 10. Speaking of skills I plan to bump big guns to 180 first and then first aid and doctor simultaneously up to 300. The traits are fast metabolism and finesse, so it gives me 36% crit chance with luck and perks.

What do you think of it? Also, can I still get skill points after getting past 26th level?

I have another question for which I don't like to create another topic: is sequence important? Can I double-turn someone if I have enough of it?

you might have better luck asking in discord, or check dequ's video about builds:


not sure about crit RL builds, but some obvious things:

3rd lvl: earlier sequence toughness

9th lvl: weapon handling toughness or sharpshooter

12th lvl: dodge

21th lvl: better inteligence

Some extra things:
- Put 6 int on the base special and use the "Gain" perk for another special, since it's more important to have the higher INT from the start

-You either go 1 st, or 6 st for stonewall, no point in going 3 st

-You need lifegivers, your build will be too low HP

-Finesse is bad for rocket launcher builds

Also, can I still get skill points after getting past 26th level?
Yes, but you get less points per level.
