I think that the best solution would be give all towns me. I'll administrator this towns and everbody will me pay taxes :)). Otherwise interesting solution is 3  8). But I do not know if this will help PvP. I was looking for PvP all time at weekend and i dont found. Nobady wasn't in Valut 15, Warhouse or Necropolis on mutants and on server were 140 players ...All make caravans or i do not know...plus people leave this server to Reload. We have to destroy that server ;D. We need more people not less...Otherwise, I'm glad that the administrators work good on this server.

1. A Mexican gave awesome solution - some towns will be able to capture in certain time, others will be free for capturing all the time. And this towns will shuffle. Sounds really awesome.
2. Let's see how TC windows will affect pvp, because yesturday was a really huge action, i enjoeyd it, even if i died too fast :)

me personaly dont like shuffling/rotating windows much, IMO there should be 12 hours period which would allow Tc for anyone. For example something like this

00:00-01:30 Modoc TC
02:00-03:30 Gecko TC
04:00-05:30 Klamath TC
06:00-07:30 Redding TC
08:00-09:30 Den TC
10:00-11:30 Broken Hills TC

12:00-13:30 Modoc TC
14:00-15:30 Gecko TC
16:00-17:30 Klamath TC
18:00-19:30 Redding TC
20:00-21:30 Den TC
22:00-23:30 Broken Hills TC

12 hours should be long enough to spawn resources worth taking town.
90 minutes is a bit increased time to take town and 30 minutes is nice time to take brake and/or make some management or preparations for another town.

So this is my suggestion without any kind of shuffling, also i believe every time zone will be able to participate in TC.

EDIT:Iam not sure how TC box works now, but IMO you should not loose spawned resourced if any other faction retake town. In general there should be TC box with own content for every faction. 20 TC boxes sounds quite bad, but maybe it would be possible to set difrent faction members see difrent content for same TC box.

THIS! Perfect, couldn't make it better. With or without shuffling is a debatable matter, but 1,5h windows with 0,5h breaks all day long is great, and 12h is surely enough to make holding a city profitable.

while pvp was good yesterday i think ultimately all gangs will be trying to be last one into the sandwhich fest. if you have hour and a half window, no one will attack till the last 2 minutes of the window because they won't want to be flanked while they are attacking and that would give them best chance to take the town. with this system you have one gang holding position in town and 3 other major gangs waiting to mop up the mess.


 the only gang that i know of that even remotely cares about actually keeping a town is BHH because of their "roleplaying project" the rest of us go for the fights as far as i know.  It's not about holding town for rewards, killing your enemies is the reward imo. tbh, i've never even heard any of my teammates mention town reward lol. if the reward was susbstantial then it might be important otherwise there is no point to holding town other than draw enemies out.

i think at minimum 2-3 towns should be open for capture at any given time. so there at least isn't 100% chance its going to be 4 gang flankfest. right now pvp win= last team into the fight in most cases that i see.

Not only cities/times would shuffle but you always have two of them (randomly picked, i hope) out of the timer issue, which also allows people from different time zones to get into TC still.

The only disadvantage i see is the way of how it could be announced. Ofc you can do it via forums but it'd be nice if there would be some kind of ingame information. Maybe within the PipBoy or even some "whiteboard" somewhere in HUB.

Adds a new feature on top of shuffling.  But I wonder, how will you keep gangs at night from constantly doing this 'raid'? thus faction losing all tributes in locker, and thus basically not having town during night.  NPCs respawn rather quickly.
