It can sort items into them as long as they aren't locked. I don't know if there's any other conditions.
Wasteland is still harsh.
Plasma Rifle is overpowered.
H&K CAWS is overpowered.

Okey thx. I need robot to put al items only in 1 container, if I have parked car in that location it wont work. To fix this I found alternative solution, using car without trunk.

Oh ok, it's possible, but will look horrible - see tests by mojuk for Reloaded [1] [2] [3].
Ask random dev to update SDK to r453 or newer, where such feature is supported by engine 8)

SS = 2AP
Reload = 1AP

Some builds use quick hands, especially these where you reload often - RL build for example. But i dont think there is place for AB perk for RT builds unless it is some special character, there are better perks for RT.

No lock but traps around boxes, or on boxes. ;)

So SPECIALs have no effect on that. Traps skill affect chance to disarm (+ something else which you need to figure out)

And same goes for picking locks? I am thankful of information and would also like to know the skills required to successfully disarming traps and picking locks? Is it useful to raise skills to 150 or is the 100 a cap for lock pick and traps?

100 trap skill and 100lockpick skill is enought to for everything. Sure might have fail tries, but success rate is good enought.
