In my opinion things like "no reason to raise above 95%", meaning practical information are not needed. Maybe a plain description with no technical matters would be better, you should put those just in the wiki.

Does not give high repair and science skill (300) better chance to craft upgraded items than just 160 ?

This notes shoud be ingame or there shoud be skill caps implemented.

Barter:

Doctor:

The healing of crippled limbs. Also helpful when your companions get knocked out. Amount of % in this skill will decide how good you are in treating people and how quickly you can reuse this skill.

First Aid:

General healing skill. Decide how many HP you'll heal upon using. The maximum self heal in combat is 150. The better you are at First Aid the more often you can reuse this skill.

Scavenging:

The skill of successful extraction of useful various bits and odds from various types of junk. This skill is being self learned, it can't be developed by putting skill points in it.

Close Combat:

A knowledge of hand to hand techniques. Combat with your hands and knives, sledgehammers, spears, clubs and so on. Also determines how fast you are when moving withouth any guns.


I just thought , write top you need is 160 is not correct. thats all.

Close Combat:
{Knowledge of hand to hand and melee combat. As you add skill points between 100 and 200 pecent, it also increases your movement speed when holding only close combat weapons.}

Wiedza o walce wręcz i za pomocą broni białej. Rozdawanie punktów umiejętności pomiędzy 100, a 200 zwiększa również szybkość ruchu. Bonus ma zastosowanie tylko wtedy, gdy w obu rękach nie ma broni innej niż rzucana lub do walki wręcz.

Scavenging:

Now what we miss is only russian version.
