Bring back gecko pelts business to what it used to be.

And by that I mean like it was in previous session: Fire Geckos pelts can be sold 24/7 without limitations.
Current system only slows down economy developing process and plus some people won't even bothering checking that place at that time because it's surely camped by a large team. This thing has always been fine since 1st session, and it used to represent the income of 95% of players (rest have shopkeepers).
Maybe even add a event during which Modoc tanner buys them for a higher price? (like 15% bonus caps)

This feature is limiting loner players too much since they have no way to sell the fire skins as that event is constantly blocked by big groups.

Why not make it so he buys fire gecko pelts 24/7 but for a much better price during event?
